Descrizione
Si rende noto che queste Amministrazioni Comunali di Poppi, Castel San Niccolo’ e Montemignaio (AR) hanno iniziato il procedimento di redazione del nuovo Piano Operativo Intercomunale (P.O.I.), comprendente i territori di Poppi, Castel San Niccolo’ e Montemignaio, con DELIBERAZIONE DEL CONSIGLIO COMUNALE di POPPI n°12 del 23/04/025, DELIBERAZIONE DEL CONSIGLIO COMUNALE di MONTEMIGNAIO n°3 del 24/03/025 e DELIBERAZIONE DEL CONSIGLIO COMUNALE di CASTEL SAN NICCOLO’ n°6 del 21/03/025 relativa all’approvazione dello schema di Convenzione art. 23/bis L.R.T. n°65/2014 per l’esercizio associato delle funzioni della pianificazione intercomunale. Lo strumento urbanistico, ai sensi della Legge Regionale
Toscana sul Governo del territorio (L.R. 65/2014), è delegata a definire le modalità di trasformazione nel rispetto delle norme in materia con il confronto con la Regione Toscana.
